GAS RNG Joins the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas, Signaling Active Engagement in RNG Value Chain
March 20, 2019

Today, GAS RNG announced that it has joined more than 175 other companies and organizations in the renewable natural gas industry value chain as an official member of the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG Coalition).
Founded in 2011, the RNG Coalition is the non-profit trade association representing companies, municipalities, universities and organizations dedicated to the advancement of RNG, including as an ultra-clean, domestically produced, renewable fuel in North America.
GAS RNG Systems is proud to announce our membership to The RNG Coalition. Becoming a member of this diversified coalition shows GAS RNG’s commitment to the advancement of Renewable Natural Gas developments in the USA and Canada. As a single source supplier of biogas and landfill gas to RNG systems, we offer complete solutions for RNG production with maximum financial and process performance guarantees to RNG project developers.
-Peter Glauber, President, GAS RNG
The RNG industry captures methane (raw biogas) and other gases emitted from organic waste streams – such as those from landfills, wastewater treatment plants, livestock and agricultural digesters, and commercial food waste facilities – and converts the biogas into RNG. RNG is fully fungible with conventional natural gas, and is used as a direct substitute in commercial, industrial and residential natural gas applications.
Our mission is to educate and advocate for the expanded use of domestically produced RNG in North America. We are excited to take the next step in our commitment to renewable energy, and invite you to read more about The Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas here.
